Growing is our nature! 
Broccolo Garden Center, located on a 40 acre farm, is adding a hen house! It turns out our technician, Erin Kinnally, is not only a horticultural expert but also a “Chicken Whisperer!” Erin is raising 12 chicks to take up residence once their fluffy down is replaced with feathers. Until they peck into their deluxe chicken condo, the chicks fascinate us in the farmhouse by daytime and go home with Erin each night in their warm little crate. She chose each breed based on egg laying ability and disposition. These cute little fluff balls are Ameraucana, Barnevelder, Silver-Laced Wyandotte, Gold-Laced Wyandotte, Buff Orpington, Black Australorp, Speckled Sussex Dominique, and California White.  Stay tuned for more photos as they grow!
